MonitorOnline

This unique online tool lets you monitor every aspect of our performance, and deal quickly with any issues raised. It currently features a web-based attendance log to check arrival and departure times. Managers can see who¹s on duty and when, and they are alerted by SMS in the event of a Ono show¹.

Event Support

Maintaining cleaning quality throughout any large, long-term event calls for a high degree of planning, management and experience. We have developed proven templates to keep the quality excellent throughout, as shown by our work at the Commonwealth games.

Perception monitoring

We know that just because the hours have been put in doesn¹t necessarily mean the job¹s been done properly. This system gauges your satisfaction with the quality of each job using barcoding technology.

Prestart

A unique commissioning programme that ensures all aspects of a contract are drawn up, tested and fine-tuned before it starts. This means that from Day One everything will run smoothly.

Staff are by far and away our most valuable resource. By pursuing an active Investors In People strategy, choosing the right people for each job and keeping them individually motivated, we can help staff enjoy their work, encouraging them to give that bit more.

Absolute Vetting
