Barclaycard
(National Contract)
Barclaycard contract was awarded towards the end of 2001
with operations commencing in January 2002. The contract
comprises of cleaning services to over 500,000 sq. ft
of office accommodation over six sites throughout England
including the prestigious headquarter site in Northampton.
With a dedicated Contract Manager the contract employs
over 70 staff both full and part time. One of the key
decisions to award the contract to Executive was the innovation
and flexibility demonstrated within our proposal, which
included the transfer of the headquarter site from a part
time evening cleaning to full time day cleaning. This
commenced at contract award, and has proved very successful
both in terms of quality but just as important customer
perception. The service at present covers mainly cleaning
services but upon successful implementation of the initial
contract will be extended to include further site support
services including windows, feminine hygiene, consumables
and waste management. |
