QVC
QVC was launched 1 October, 1993 and broadcasts live 17
hours a day (from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.), to more than
6 million cable and satellite homes across the United
Kingdom.
The company invested £14 million in the new Customer
Operations Centre in Knowsley, Merseyside, which opened
in January 1997. The Centre created 820 new jobs initially
and there are now 1,100 employees.
Our many operatives offer a 24 hour 7-day service to the
customer call centre and warehouses as well as car park
cleaning, grounds maintenance, and window cleaning. |
