Ecocleen Limited is a franchised commercial cleaning business operating nationally within the U.K. The company has already granted a number of area master licenses that are responsible for the growth and development of all of the companies operational franchisees. The model allows ten operational franchisees per region all with a target turnover of £100K. Each area licensee in turn will have a target turnover of £1 million. Area licensees are also responsible for the day to day management of the region, including quality, sales, local marketing and operational management of franchisees.

Head office provide structured support in all aspects of the franchisee business including, accounts, invoicing, debt collecting, end of month reconciliation, funding assistance, national sales support, operational support, training, quality, audits, equipment. HQ are very much involved with the day to day running of the franchisees business, providing a comfort zone that all franchisees benefit from especially in the early stages of development.
