David Hylton
Director of Operations

In his late 30's, David has been with Executive for the last ten years. His success in setting up and running the Groups Southern Operational Division made him an ideal candidate for this new board appointment. David's particular expertise lies in his ability to co-ordinate all the activities necessary to commission a new contract, from scheduling staff shifts and rosters, through to the final hand-over to the operational management team. In addition to responsibility for Contract Commissioning throughout the Group, David also controls the on-going Training, Quality and Health and Safety functions of the company.
