Every client also has access to the Group-wide Help Desk, run using Microsoft’s powerful 'Royal Blue' software. Using response times agreed in advance with our clients, this system enables us to allocate the requisite resources to ensure each issue is dealt with according to its level of priority. Our aim is to ensure that every Executive client benefits from the latest available technology and with this in mind, each of the systems we use is constantly being reviewed and developed in response to the challenges our contracts bring.
