Mobilisation
The success of our contracts starts with effective
mobilisation. Central to this philosophy is the need
to communicate with our clients. During the lead-in
period we ensure that all end users are consulted, since
for many, this will be the first opportunity to comment
upon the contract specification. Wherever practical
and within the framework of our tender, individual preferences
are incorporated into our final rosters and work schedules.
Also during the lead-in period, systems are put in place
to enable us to monitor and check the performance of
the contract, so that from Day 1, we are able to report
back to our clients with documentary evidence to support
our findings.
