Training

Executive Hospital Services’ approach to training mirrors that of the Group as a whole, in that investing in training leads to better staff retention, greater commitment and increased productivity. Across all our contracts, staff are afforded the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications through BICSc, NVQs and NEBSM. Working closely with our central training team, our local managers draw up bespoke programmes for developing staff under their control. In this way, the individual needs and demands of each site can be addressed. All training is documented and company training guides are in place for all technical skills to ensure a consistent approach.
