At Executive we offer a comprehensive, quality catering
service, from the initial sourcing of supplies through
to the final presentation of the meal to the patient.
All food is prepared to the most stringent hygiene standards
by fully trained staff.
We can accommodate a wide range of individual needs
such as special diets and ethnic meals into a well-balanced
and nutritionally sound menu that meets all the requirements
of the Better Hospital Food initiative. In this regard,
we also involve qualified nutritionists in menu planning
to monitor the precise ingredients of each dish making
sure it adds value to the patient’s diet.
We recognise that for the patient, the quality of hospital
food can make a huge difference to their health. Not
only can a carefully monitored diet add to the effectiveness
of their treatment, but good food can also influence
their mental state and therefore aid their speed of
recovery.
