Group Support

The Executive Group has at its disposal a wealth of technical and practical expertise that has allowed the Security Services Division to operate at levels often only experienced by much larger organisations. This has enabled the Division to become a more efficient and streamlined operating unit, with an ability to compete at every level without cutting corners in fundamentally important areas such as training and Health & Safety.

For example, our Quality Audit system is fulfilled by Group Quality Auditors, who have experience in the provision of manpower services at all levels. This aspect of our operation is financed at Group level. Similarly, training, Health & Safety, Sales and Marketing, accounting functions and Contract Commissioning Project Managers are funded centrally as opposed to being costed directly against the Division.

As a result our Customers have a unique advantage - the confidence that they will receive a level of attention that can only be provided by a smaller organisation, whilst at the same time receiving the benefit of our wider Group support and expertise.
