to utilise our management systems to the best effect
of our customers; our utilisation of technology to ensure
that our customers get more than simply the supply of
security personnel and the ownership of our customers’
business by our staff on site. Through these we are
continuously finding new ways to increase the economic
value of our customers’ business.
We need to move away from the traditional cost basis
approach to service delivery so that we can collectively
harness the opportunity that may exist within our customers
business to achieve a service that gives more than a
security service. Clearly this is a new way of working
