Our operating philosophy is clear, and the following
points highlight both our global and contract strategies:
- We will only take on contracts that we know we can
manage effectively.
- Our focus is on large multi-manned multi location
contracts.
- We must pay the current market rates to staff as
a minimum.
- We must provide the best package of additional
benefits possible.
- We generally only take on contracts where we can
add value to the service provision.
- Whilst we recognise that we operate in a competitive
market place price should not be the only influencing
factor in the award process.
- All contracts should be operated in partnership
with our customers.
- We always recognise the importance of our staff
as internal customers. Our employees are our most
valuable assets.
- Technological advancements within the security
field should be embraced and not seen as a threat
to our core business.
- We recognise that staff retention is of utmost
importance to contract continuity
By concentrating our collective efforts in this way
we have been able to grow our business effectively and
therefore ensure that the delivery of service to all
of our customers has been maintained at the highest
level possible. |
