Operational Excellence
Our record of operational excellence is amongst the
highest levels achieved within our industry. Achieving
operational excellence is a goal for the entire company,
from the main board directors to the teams of security
personnel at our customers’ locations. Excellence
in the workplace creates value as all efforts come together
to represent the culmination of the collective efforts
of the Executive Group Team and those of our customers.
Excellence starts long before the security personnel
start work on their assignment. It starts with the preparation
of the bid for new business opportunities - ensuring
that we have an understanding of our customers’
needs and devising the right solution. This is confirmed
during the commissioning phase of the contract, an area
in which we believe we are unique; in as much as we
have a dedicated team that will set up the contract
for all new business wins.
People development and our human resources systems and
procedures play a key role in providing the right people
with the right skills. An important aspect in our progress
to achieving our goal of operational excellence is our
emphasis on continuous improvement. We are committed
to a systematic process of measuring performance, correcting
problems, developing best practices and improving this
feedback mechanism. This gives us a consistent way of
measuring our progress toward operational excellence.
