Our goal is to be the leader in our industry by developing
new technology solutions to our customers’ needs.
When we do this we continually renew and reinvent our
services. The use of technology makes these services
new and different, ultimately we aim to be in a position
where our technology ensures that our customers business
is inextricably linked with our service.
By using our bespoke rostering scheduling and payroll
system (Rolecall II) we are able to devise an open book
approach to the service we deliver. We are currently
developing an Extranet that will allow password-protected
access through our website to key areas within our operational
and support services. This could allow access to see
invoices and possibly make authorised payments against
these.
In addition we have developed a patrol monitoring system
called ‘Patrol Partner’. This is a unique
system that allows a far wider range of services to
be added to the normal patrolling function carried out
by our staff at your premises.
We have always recognised that security personnel carrying
out patrols of premises have been in a position to report
on more than the physical security of the establishment
or area that they are monitoring. By utilising Patrol
Partner we are able to add a range of questions over
a range of periods that will allow our staff to report
on issues that normally may be carried out by the facilities
managers.
The benefit of employing this system is that we are
able to add value to the security service and also add
worth to the role of our security personnel. More importantly
we are able to build up trends over time that will ensure
that our security service is directed to where it is
needed most at the right time.
