Our relationship with ATIS REAL Weatheralls first began
when we were awarded the security contract for a prestigious
multi let office location in the heart of Victoria.
The contract had originally held by Securiplan PLC for
a number of years.
Involving a significant team of staff including a requirement
for receptionists we have worked hard with our customer
to improve dramatically on the service provision that
had previously been experienced. This has included management
training for the on site manager who had been promoted
from within without any form of self-development training
input from his previous employers.
It was clear from the outset that the award of contract
could not just revolve around a change of invoice address
for our customer. Our initial proposal suggested a variety
of initiatives that we wanted to examine. Many of these
have been taken up and now implemented.
Our customer has said, “During the Tender process
Executive were keen to make the commitment that the
service would be trouble free from day 1 of the contract.
Through the extensive use of their commissioning programme
I am happy to say that they have met this commitment.”
We are pleased to report that as a result of our work
at 123 Buckingham Palace Road we have been awarded further
contracts with ATIS REAL Weatheralls and the contract
for Sundridge Park.
