The contract was awarded to Executive Secure Services
in the Mid part of 2001.
The key to Executive’s selection was the early
establishment of a ‘cultural fit’ between
the two organisations. Additionally, Executive proposed
an innovative alternative to a straightforward penalty
based contract which had the additional benefit of potentially
improving staff earnings, based on a clearly defined
and pre-agreed risk and reward programme.
One of the early objectives within the newly awarded
contract was to introduce a team of new officers who
were settled and more importantly keen to learn new
skills within this exciting environment. We are pleased
to report that we have achieved this objective and have
gone on to participate in the setting up of a new local
business-watch initiative and the phasing-in of a revamped
CCTV system within CIBC’s offices.
This contract is a significant development within the
growth of Executive Secure Services and we look forward
to building on our early successful business partnership
over the coming months and years.
