Having spent several years in the Police Force in the
West Midlands Karen joined Executive in 1995 as our
Office Manager – she has recently been promoted
to Recruitment Manager responsible for the selection
and vetting of the right calibre of staff for our organisation.
Karen’s experience with Executive in an administrative
function has set her in good stead for the recruitment
position, as her knowledge of the procedures involved
and requirements for each location has been invaluable.
Her key skills are centred on the training and the selection
of staff and motivating individuals as well as her clear
commitment and interest in people generally.
