Paul (a graduate) joined the Group in late 1999 and has made a significant positive impact on the way we operate. As a service professional who embarked on a career in Security in 1983 he has worked at all levels within the Industry, his last post being Regional Director for one of the Top 3 Security Organisations. Paul’s appointment is pivotal to realising our combined future service and growth ambitions, based on positive profitable growth through customer retention and customer delight. This has effectively meant that approximately 50% of all new business has been gained through referral from our existing customer base.
