Total Management
By Total Management, we mean developing a management
structure that leaves managers free to focus on the
needs of only a few clients. Each of our area managers
has responsibility for a strictly limited number of
contracts. In cases of very large contracts, a single
operational manager might have responsibility for 3
or 4 contracts. And even on small contracts, managers
are limited to 20 contracts.
As a result, both staff and clients get the attention
they deserve and ensure that we continue to deliver
results. The success of this method has been shown by
our continuing record of almost zero contract losses.
