Rather than resourcing contracts from a pool of labour, Executive staff each contract on an individual basis. Of course, we have extensive support from local pools to cover staff illness and holidays, but we ensure that this is only temporary, resorting to the original staff member as soon as they are available.

By ensuring continuity of personnel we encourage identification with the client, and with more considered recruitment we provide staff that reflect the culture and needs of each individual project.
